Our online support is intented to be a fast and efficient way to provide help on questions about sublimation printings in conjunction with your computer operating system.
When using the online support, a secured internet connection between your computer and our remote server will be established. This enables us to “look over your shoulder” to give you more detailed support for the installation or configuration. Please be aware that you must have an internet connection on your operating computer.

Is there a safety issue for my computer if I use the online support?
No. Generally speaking, there is no bigger risk then using the internet. Through the use of our support software, we have the ability to support you over a 128-bit encoded connection. We can help you to set up a ICC profil or assist you with other minor problems fast and easy. For this, we will give you a 6-digit number over the phone. In addition, after the start of our sofware you have to confirm the connection to ensure a secure access. If required, you also can set your computer so that ONLY you can telecommand your computer. Nevertheless, our software is proven to be secure by the Fraunhofer Institut.

Can I use the online support, even so I am using a Firewall to secure my network?
Yes, the online support is compatible with most firewalls and therefore also useable with very well secured networks. For your safety, the connection for the online support will only be established with your explicite acknowledgement and a 126 bit encryption.
